Capsule Case Product Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. It’s our goal that our customer will be satisfied with our products. For any reasons you are not satisfied with the product received please contact us for return merchandise authorization within 30 days upon receipt of your item.

For items that are accidentally ordered or no longer needed, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges to return the product back to us. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment and the original shipping cost of USD$2.61 for the order will be deducted from the refund.

For order shipment rejected by recipients or shipment returned back to us due to incorrect shipping address, buyers are responsible for the original shipment cost of USD$2.61. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment and the original shipping cost of USD$2.61 for the order will be deducted from the refund.

For product exchanges buyers are responsible for mailing back the original item in brand new condition. An exchange item desired will be shipped out within two business days upon receipt of the item returned for exchange.

In the event that we shipped out a defective / broken or incorrect item we will provide a replacement free of charge.
